Job summary

ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC. is seeking a Compliance Auditor in the Philippines to conduct audits, identify gaps, and ensure adherence to policies. You will prepare findings, metrics, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and other teams to implement corrective actions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of related experience, with a strong emphasis on analytical and communication skills. On-site work and a fixed shift are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in compliance, quality assurance, audit, or related functions.
• QA employees with auditing, monitoring, and reporting experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willing to work onsite and on the required shift.
