Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of related experience in Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Banking, Credit, or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor bank accounts and analyze daily treasury and cash activities.
• Monitor bank balances to ensure sufficient funds for scheduled transactions.
• Analyze cash data to determine current and projected cash positions.
• Execute cash movements and fund transfers to maintain adequate balances.
• Prepare and provide daily cash position reports to leadership and business partners.
• Review daily cash transactions for accuracy, completeness, and balance integrity.
• Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies and banking-related issues.
• Maintain accurate treasury records and supporting documentation.
• Escalate significant treasury or banking issues promptly.

• Prepare and provide daily cash position reports to leadership and business partners.
• Review daily cash transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of balances.
• Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies and banking-related issues.
• Support banking and credit activities as required.
• Maintain accurate treasury records and supporting documentation.
• Assess and recommend improvements to treasury processes and controls.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Escalate significant cash, banking, or operational issues in a timely manner.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Banking, Credit, or Accounting.
• Support daily Treasury Operations, reporting requirements, cash management, banking, and credit activities.
• Experience with cash positioning, bank account monitoring, fund transfers, and treasury reporting is preferred.
• Proficient analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
