Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support the implementation and sustainment of the corporate compliance program in the Philippines.

The role sits within the Legal Compliance function, focusing on regulatory alignment and risk-informed decision-making. Responsibilities include assessing compliance systems, reporting improvements, and coordinating with investigations teams across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Perform basic compliance system assessments to confirm regulatory alignment for initiatives, inspections, and training
• Use aggregate data to create a standard report of improvements and recommendations
• Identify and troubleshoot data integration and integrity issues; escalate as needed
• Assist the team with creating department policies, procedures, and audit requirements
• Perform system assessments to confirm alignment with regulations and policies
• Support distribution of communications to raise awareness on critical topics
