Job summary

Datagen Facilities OPC in the Philippines seeks a dedicated legal compliance professional to design and oversee our corporate compliance program. The role involves policy development, regulatory reporting, and ensuring adherence across the organization.

You will advise management on laws and regulations, coordinate audit responses, and drive staff awareness of compliance through regular huddles while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business, or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in law/legal services or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, reliable, and detail-oriented traits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
• Develop and review company policies for compliance.
• Advise management on legal/regulatory compliance with detailed reports.
• Create action plans in response to audit findings and violations.
• Ensure staff are informed of latest regulations and processes via huddles.
