Job summary

J&T Express Philippines is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Administrator to oversee government-mandated and company benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely remittance. This role collaborates with payroll and HR Administration to keep employee data accurate.

The ideal candidate has a degree in HR or related field, 3+ years' experience in compensation and benefits, and proficiency with MS Office and benefits systems; residing in Taguig or nearby is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in compensation and benefits administration, including coordination with government institutions.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Resides in Taguig City or nearby

Responsibilities

• Process government-mandated benefits for employees.
• Monitor and ensure timely remittance payments and postings.
• Secure clearance certificates from relevant government agencies.
• Prepare certificates related to compensation and benefits.
• Represent the company in dealings with government agencies concerning compensation and benefits.
• Manage end-to-end processes for government-manded remittances, including posting, payment, and monitoring.
• Regularly check and update information from government agency portals.
• Provide assistance and conduct training on compensation and benefits processes as needed.
• Generate and submit compensation and benefits reports.
• Assist with payroll processing and related functions.
