Job summary

Birches Group in Manila is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support Community™ Market surveys by conducting comprehensive compensation and benefits surveys of employers in developing countries from our Operations Center in Manila.

As a member of the Survey Operations team, you will examine market data, run the survey process for assigned countries, and produce diagnostics to support our Community™ products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; strong verbal and written English.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with numbers.
• Able to work independently in a fast-changing environment and handle responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Examine market data and execute the survey process for assigned countries and assess survey results to be able to create diagnostics that would support further application of Birches Group's Community™ products and services.
• Inform management on issues related to the survey process to ensure smooth delivery of service.
• Explain the process of survey participation and data collection that is required to ensure efficient survey process.
• Explain survey results to clients, illustrating the linkages of Community™ Jobs and Community™ Market to other components of Community™.
• Deliver salary survey transactions within established schedules and timelines ensuring timely delivery of salary surveys.
• Maintain consistent quality in production of survey data and review of more junior analysts.

This is a hands‑on job in one of the most technical areas of human resources management.

The Compensation Analyst, as a member of the Survey Operations team, has a key role in sustaining Community™ Market surveys through the conduct of comprehensive compensation and benefits surveys of employers in developing countries from our Operations Center in Manila.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Examine market data and execute the survey process for assigned countries and assess survey results to be able to create diagnostics that would support further application of Birches Group's Community™ products and services.
• Informmanagement on issues related to the survey process to ensure smooth delivery of service.

Requirement:
