Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a church, memorial, or funeral-service environment.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, or special church occasions when required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist families and visitors with warmth, courtesy, and respect.
• Explain services, procedures, requirements, and available options to clients.
• Coordinate schedules for related activities.
• Assist clients with the completion and processing of necessary documents and requirements.
• Coordinate with personnel, engravers, maintenance staff, and other concerned parties.
• Prepare and verify records, assignments, and related documentation.
• Assist during ceremonies and ensure that the proper procedures are observed.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Follow up with families regarding pending requirements, schedules, engraving, and other services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Handle sensitive situations with patience, empathy, and discretion.
