You will assist in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction while complying with regulatory requirements. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry are preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
Qualifications
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
Preferably at least one to two years experience in the Manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities
Manage medicine/product inventory and maintenance.
Dispense prescribed products to customers.
Provide product inquiries and perform service/product pushing.
Maintain records for product supplies inventory.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide immediate feedback to management as to product/supply quality.
Stores the products as per standard requirements like room temperature FIFO standard and product display requirements.
Replenishes or requests products in accordance with standard minimum ordering requirement.
Performs cashiering function and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Prepares cash deposit for sales.
Maintains an accurate and updated sales report.
Acts as the representative in all FDA and all other regulatory requirements.
Achievement of Sales Target.
Assists in telemarketing and text blasting to promote campaigns and treatment follow-ups.
Works hand in hand with the branch manager to achieve sales target.
Ensures total customer satisfaction and brand image.
Conducts patient education as to product use and post-treatment instruction.

In charge of the dispensing of prescribed products to all customer
Gives instructions to the patients regarding the product inquiry of all patients and performs service/product pushing to contribute to sales achievement
Maintains all relative records as to product supplies inventory (request, actual movement records, stock on hand)
Checks the quantity batch number expiration date and physical look of all product deliveries
