Toby's Sports is seeking a proactive Company Nurse & Payroll Coordinator to support the HR team in maintaining workplace health and safety standards while handling timekeeping and payroll-related administration at our Pasig operations.

The role requires nursing qualifications with an active RN license and 1+ year experience in clinical or HR support. Familiarity with OSHS rules, MS Office, and HR systems is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) with active Philippine RN license.
• At least 1 year of clinical, occupational health, or corporate HR support experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS or ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of DOLE OSHS standards is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first aid and coordinate medical incidents for Head Office and stores.
• Organize wellness programs, screenings, vaccinations, and health education.
• Maintain confidential medical records and assist DOLE-OSHS reports.
• Monitor medical supplies and clinic equipment; oversee inventory.
• Assist in HMO enrollment, claims, and reimbursements; refer when needed.
• Audit daily time records, leaves, overtime, and attendance across sites.
• Support Payroll Specialist with data validation and payroll deadlines.
• Serve as HR helpdesk for timekeeping, leaves, and payroll inquiries.
• Protect confidentiality of compensation and medical data per law.
