Job summary

A well-established air conditioning manufacturer based in Quezon City is looking for a dedicated Company Nurse to develop and implement health and safety programs. The ideal candidate will provide medical treatment to employees, promote wellness initiatives, and ensure compliance with health standards. This is a full-time on-site position with a salary offer of PHP 25,000 to PHP 28,000. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Immediate starters are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Company Nurse or Corporate Nurse is required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license is an advantage.
• Willing to attend face-to-face interviews in Quezon City.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor workplace health and safety programs in compliance with company standards and government regulations.
• Provide first aid and emergency medical treatment to employees during work hours.
• Administer over-the-counter medications and maintain proper medical records.
• Ensure the sickbay is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with medical supplies.
• Conduct regular health monitoring, wellness checks, and basic medical assessments.
• Promote employee wellness initiatives, including healthy lifestyle programs and health education activities.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
