HR Network Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a qualified Company Nurse to oversee employee health services. You will maintain confidential health records, provide first aid and emergency care, and conduct routine health assessments for staff.

You will support HR with pre-employment medicals, annual physical exams, and return-to-work clearances, and dispense prescribed medicines per policy. Immediate availability and shifting schedules may apply.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• With 6 months of experience as a Company Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse (full-time or reliever).
• Registered Nurse (RN).
• With valid PRC ID / License.
• With a BOSH Training for Nurses Certificate.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, depending on the site and location.
• Computer literate.
• Available to start immediately.

• Provide basic healthcare services to employees, including first aid treatment and emergency care
• Conduct routine health assessments such as vital signs monitoring and medical check-ups.
• Assist in health and wellness programs, including seminars and preventive healthcare activities.
• Support HR in managing medical requirements such as pre-employment, annual physical exams, and return-to-work clearances.
• Dispense prescribed medicines in accordance with company policies and medical guidelines.
• Review, validate, and monitor employees’ sick leave applications and medical certificates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management of the company doctor
