Primarily responsible for providing basic healthcare support to all employees at the assigned site. Assists in the implementation of occupational health programs and ensures compliance with OSH standards as mandated by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

Key Responsibilities

Basic Occupational Health Services

• Provide first aid and medical attention for minor injuries or illnesses at work.
• Monitor the condition of sick or injured employees and coordinate with external healthcare providers when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the clinic and medical equipment.

OSH Compliance Support

• Assist in implementing the company’s health and safety programs in compliance with DOLE OSH standards.
• Participate in workplace safety inspections, emergency drills, and toolbox meetings.
• Help prepare and maintain accurate medical and incident records for DOLE reporting.

Health Promotion & Preventive Care

• Support wellness initiatives such as health talks, vaccinations, and medical check-ups.
• Educate employees on basic health practices, hygiene, and disease prevention.

Administrative Tasks

• Maintain and update employee health records.
• Monitor and manage clinic inventory (medicines, supplies, and equipment).
• Assist with HR-related tasks such as pre-employment medical coordination and return-to-work evaluations.
