Job summary

Primus@ Knowledge Specialists, Inc. in Taguig (BGC) is seeking a Company Nurse to provide on-site medical support for employees. The role offers a fixed salary of PHP 35,000 monthly and a Monday–Friday 8:00AM–5:00PM work schedule.

The successful candidate will be an RN with PRC license and at least 1 year of occupational health experience, with OSHC reporting knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with PRC license.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Occupational Health Nurse.
• Knowledgeable in OSHC reportorial requirements.
• Experience with basic Admin tasks is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit OSHC/DOLE reports on time.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to employees (first aid, vital signs check, dispensing medicines, etc.)
• Maintenance of medical records of employees.
• Inventory of medical supplies.
• Developing and implementing health and safety programs.
• Timely preparation and submission of OSHC / DOLE reports.
• Scheduling of PPE and APE, and informing concerned individuals regarding necessary clearances and/or treatment plans.
• Handling all HMO-related communications.
• Support the HR and Admin Department as necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding supplies and services as necessary.
• Coordinate with building management regarding permits, guidelines, etc.
• Inventory and issuance of office supplies.
• Other duties assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements

Job Qualifications

• Must Be a Registered Nurse, with a valid PRC License.
