JOB SUMMARY

• To ensure dealership compliance with applicable Philippine Safety Laws.
• To promote safety awareness thru information dealer wide.
• To develop marketing programs in relation to safety.
• To act as employer's principal assistant and consultant in the application of programs to remove hazards from the workplace and correct unsafe work practices.
• Compliance to Philippine Laws and Regulations – preparation, application and acquisition, review of conditions of Permits and renewal is necessary, of mandatory permits and certificates.
• Serves as the Secretary of the Safety and Health Committee.
• Ensure workshop safety.
• Ensure dealership compliance to workplace environment standards set by the government.
• Monthly safety patrol
• Preparation of emergency standard operating procedures (SOP) and training to team members
• Accident investigation and reporting.
• Safety promotion for Team Members.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Engineering/ Nursing
• With at least 1 year related work experience.
• With background on safety procedures.
• License/Certificate: Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training (40 hrs), Loss Control Management Training (40 hrs), Certification as Accredited Safety Practitioner (Mandatory if SO has more than 3 years of experience.
• Registered Nurse.
