About the role We are seeking a reliable and professional Company Driver/Messenger to join our team in Cainta, Rizal. This is a key position within our logistics operations, where you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, timely and efficient delivery of company materials, documents and goods. As a Company Driver/Messenger, you will represent our organisation during customer interactions and play an integral role in maintaining our reputation for reliable and professional service delivery. This is a full-time position based in Cainta, Rizal.

What you'll be doing

• Operate company vehicles and motorcycle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic regulations and company driving policies

• Collect, transport and deliver company documents, packages and goods to designated locations within designated routes and timeframes

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documenting recipient confirmations and any issues encountered

• Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or damage promptly

• Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues, providing updates on delivery status as required

• Sort and organise packages and documents prior to delivery to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Handle company materials with care and ensure all deliveries are completed securely and confidentially where applicable

• Support the broader logistics team by assisting with warehouse and administrative duties as needed

What we’re looking for

• Valid professional driver's license appropriate for the vehicles/motocycle operated, with a clean driving record

• Proven experience as a driver, messenger or in a similar role within the logistics or transport industry

• Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations and safe driving practices in the Cainta, Rizal area

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently

• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude with a commitment to customer service excellence

• Physical fitness and ability to lift, carry and handle packages and materials safely
