You will handle confidential documents, plan routes, perform vehicle checks, log trips, and ensure compliance with traffic laws and company policies. On-site parking and opportunities for promotion are offered.

Qualifications

• High school or technical/vocational graduate.
• At least three years of professional driving experience with a valid Professional Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide transport to meetings, airports, and client sites while adhering to schedules.
• Collect and drop off confidential documents and packages at clients and offices.
• Plan routes using GPS and real-time traffic updates to minimize delays.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Securely handle luggage and documents with discretion.
• Maintain logs of trips, mileage, fuel and expenses for auditing.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols.
• Respond to on-call requests, including early mornings or weekends.
• Drive for employees on different routes and times and care for the company vehicle and passengers.

Job description

The Company Driver provides a professional, safe, and efficient transportation services to the company. This role also involves secure handling and delivery of sensitive documents.

• Provide transport to business meetings, airports, client sites, events, and other locations with strict adherence to schedules.

• Collect and drop off confidential documents, contracts, packages, or mail at clients, government offices, partner companies, banks, or courier services as directed.

• Plan and optimize routes using GPS apps, real-time traffic updates, and local knowledge to minimize delays.

• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.

• Securely handle luggage, briefcases, documents, and any entrusted items with utmost care and discretion.

• Maintain accurate digital or manual logs of all trips, mileage, fuel consumption, delivery receipts, and expenses for auditing and reimbursement.

• Ensure full compliance with Philippine traffic laws (LTO regulations), company policies, defensive driving practices, and health/safety protocols.

• Respond promptly to on-call requests, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends when needed.

• Can professionally drive for employees in different routes and time, can check and care to company vehicle and passenger at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school or technical/vocational graduate, atleast college

• Experience: At least three (3) years of relevant professional experience with valid Professional Driver's License
