Qualifications

• Must have a valid Professional Driver's License appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Must have a clean driving record and demonstrate responsible driving habits.
• Must be knowledgeable about traffic rules, road safety regulations, and defensive driving practices.
• Must be familiar with local routes and major roads, with knowledge of Metro Manila and nearby areas being an advantage.
• Must be physically fit to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Must be punctual, trustworthy, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.
• Must have good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Previous experience as a company driver, executive driver, or corporate driver is an advantage.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation applications and route-planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport company executives, employees, clients, and other authorized personnel to designated destinations.
• Pick up and deliver documents, packages, supplies, and other company-related items as assigned.
• Follow assigned schedules, routes, and transportation instructions.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
• Maintain the cleanliness, proper condition, and readiness of the assigned company vehicle.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, mileage, and other relevant vehicle records.
• Immediately report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, and other incidents to the immediate supervisor.
• Comply with traffic laws, company policies, and road safety regulations at all times.
• Assist with other transportation-related duties and tasks as assigned by management.
