Job summary

The Mont Property Group Inc. seeks a driver in Cebu City to transport personnel, executives, clients, and guests to designated locations.

You will drive for meetings, site visits, errands, and official business, pickup and deliver documents and materials, and keep the vehicle clean and maintained, following safety rules.

Requirements: high school diploma, valid driver’s license, at least two years’ experience, good interpersonal skills; weekend/extended hours flexibility is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Safely transport company personnel, executives, clients, and guests to and from designated locations.

Drive employees for official business, meetings, site visits, errands, and other company-related activities.

Pick up and deliver documents, supplies, equipment, and other company materials as needed.

Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, properly maintained, and in good working condition.

Conduct regular checks of the vehicle, including fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, and other basic safety requirements.

Report vehicle defects, maintenance requirements, accidents, or other concerns immediately to the concerned personnel.

Monitor and maintain accurate records of vehicle use, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.

Follow assigned schedules and routes and ensure timely arrival at destinations.

Observe all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company policies.

Assist in loading and unloading documents, supplies, or equipment when necessary.

Ensure the safety and proper handling of company property while in transit.

Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and conversations encountered while performing duties.

Perform other driving and administrative errands as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
