As a ComRel Specialist, you will be responsible for the coordination and communication with the local government units to ensure a harmonious relationship with the community for completion of company initiatives in the franchise areas, and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with internal departments like Corpcomm, ASD, BillColl, PLD, HR, GO, AEV/AP Reputation, and Aboitiz Foundation, as well as external contacts including Public Schools principals and LGUs, to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
Conceptualizes, implements and monitor CSR projects that benefit the company and positively impact the community.
Creates and maintains links with the community to maintain relationships and strengthen the company's brand and reputation through sustainable partnerships and programs.
Facilitates the RED disaster customer response team and handles the posting and certification processing of LGUs within our franchise areas.
Attends to all requests from LGU and schools, and attends regular coordination meetings with LGUs.
Incharge for the distribution of DLPC annual report and scheduling meetings with LGU officials & DLPC representatives.
Handles project monitoring and annual surveys of all AFI and DLPC initiated projects.
Assists all RED Specialists during project implementation until the turnover ceremony.
Ensures compliance and adherence to ISO IMS, AMS and other implemented management systems.
Readily assumes tasks requiring immediate or urgent attention that may be reasonably assigned by the Team Leader.
Education & Experience:
College Graduate.
Professional, leadership, or project experience is not required.
Technical / Functional Skills:
Proficiency in Project and Events Management and Stakeholder Relationship Management.
Strong skills in Corporate Identity and Branding, Media Relations Management, and Digital Communications.
Possesses knowledge on IMS requirements, 1AP guidelines and applicable laws on occupational health, safety, and the environment.
