Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in community management or client services is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture online communities for Skyrocket Studios and clients.
• Drive brand-consistent engagement and measure outcomes.
• Coordinate projects, briefs, and client communications.
• Prepare end-of-month reports with insights and data.
• Support onboarding decks and relationship management.
• Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks and accuracy of assets.
