Job summary

RCBC in Makati seeks a Community & Marketing Specialist to build and nurture our brand community across online and offline platforms. You will drive engagement, support campaigns, and translate insights into actions with content creation, community management, and analytics.

You'll manage social channels, coordinate events and webinars, and contribute to blog posts and newsletters while tracking performance and refining strategies to grow brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and campaign metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develops community programs, events, and initiatives to increase engagement.
• Manages daily interactions with customers/members on social media and forums.
• Plans, creates, and schedules social media posts and marketing assets.
• Assists in marketing campaigns (digital, events, promotions).
• Tracks metrics across platforms and prepares reports on engagement and growth.
• Represents the company at events and webinars.
