• Plan and execute structured community engagement initiatives.
• Conceptualise and coordinate online and offline programs and events.
• Manage event communication, registrations, stakeholders and follow-ups.
• Build relationships with members, mentors, partners and prospects.
• Drive member acquisition through outreach and referrals.
• Support membership engagement, retention and renewals.
• Maintain updated member records and engagement data in the CRM.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations and leadership teams.
• Track participation, feedback and engagement performance.
