Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a motivated community development professional to join our field teams in the Philippines. You will conduct community engagement, support logistics, and help install solar home systems while building lasting partnerships with local governments and NGOs.

The role requires at least 4.5 years in community development, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills. Travel to remote areas, independent work, and fluency in English, Tagalog, or Bisaya are advantages.

Qualifications

• At least 4.5 years of professional experience in community development and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong project implementation, monitoring, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community engagement activities, including consultations, meetings, trainings, workshops and stakeholder coordination.
• Support receipt, inventory, and safekeeping of project equipment and field logistics.
• Coordinate logistics for transport, distribution, and installation of Solar Home Systems (SHS).
• Assist in design, procurement, and installation infrastructure requirements.
• Support onboarding of local entrepreneur for Users Assistance Center (UAC).
• Build partnerships with local government units, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in scaling opportunities through needs assessments and proposals.
• Ensure activities are on time, with quality, and aligned with work plans.
