Job summary

Wearehuman8 is seeking a Communities & Connects Manager in Manila to oversee the operational execution of Square and Connects programs, including configuration, participant and incentive management, fieldwork operations, community engagement, and quality assurance for research activities. The role is strictly operational and non–client facing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in psychology, marketing, languages, mathematics, social sciences, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, coordination, or research operations.
• Strong communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end program setup and configuration for Square/SQS platforms.
• Manage recruitment, incentives, and fieldwork operations.
• Monitor quality and engagement, ensure timely and compliant delivery.
