Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines in Taguig seeks an Associate Trainer to support the PH Comms Training Team in BGC, Taguig. You will identify training needs, design effective programs, deliver sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain performance and drive improvements.

Responsibilities include needs analysis, curriculum & course design, content development, training delivery, research, stakeholder partnership, and people management to ensure timely, high-quality learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Identify training needs accurately through data and performance insights.
• Provide floor support and follow-through to sustain learning and reinforce skills.
• Develop end-to-end training programs using established course design methodologies.
• Create and maintain high-quality content aligned with learning objectives and methodology standards.
• Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions using proven delivery techniques.
• Apply basic research methodologies to gather insights ethically and effectively.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and client partners.
• Build and guide cross-cultural teams and oversee training logistics.

We’re looking for a dynamic Associate Trainer to support our PH Comms Training Team in BGC, Taguig. If you’re passionate about developing people, elevating performance, and driving learning excellence, this role is your next big step.

As a Training Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying training needs, designing effective learning programs, delivering high-impact training sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Amenable to work in shifting schedules.


• Amenable to work onsite (BGC, Taguig)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Training Needs Analysis

• Identify training needs accurately through data and performance insights.


• Provide floor support and follow-through to sustain learning and reinforce skills.

Curriculum & Course Design

• Develop end-to-end training programs using established course design methodologies.

Content Development

• Create and maintain high-quality content aligned with learning objectives and methodology standards.

Training Delivery

• Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions using proven delivery techniques.

Research

• Apply basic research methodologies to gather insights ethically and effectively.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and client partners.


• Communicate effectively across cultures and organizational levels.

People Management

• Build and guide cross-cultural teams.


• Oversee training logistics: attendance, evaluations, feedback, utilization reports, scheduling, and coordination with TIG/Facilities.


• Execute training plans on time and improve process efficiency.
