Job summary

Lendi Group, a leading digital platform for property services, is seeking a Commissions Clerk to support high-volume data entry and commission processing. You will work across lender and broker data, payment systems, and policy interpretation to ensure accurate, timely commissions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Accounts Payable, Payroll officer, or similar role.
• Solid bank reconciliation and accounting knowledge is essential.
• Strong Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, data analysis.
• Ability to start ASAP is highly preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn new tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume data entry and match lender/broker data to payment systems.
• Import data into payment systems and reconcile exports to commissions platform.
• Liaise with lender partners regarding company policies.
• Interpret and apply payment policies accurately.
• Collaborate with the commissions team to streamline processes.
• Coordinate with technology teams to fix system errors.
• Respond to broker enquiries within SLA.
• Support projects and ad-hoc deliverables for the team.
