Job summary

Hitachi Rail, Philippines, is seeking a hands-on Commissioning Specialist to support daily onsite commissioning activities. You will assist the Senior Commissioning Manager, monitor test plans and procedures, and help ensure regulatory and contractual standards are met during field operations.

This role requires coordinating with the CRO department, preparing monthly commissioning reports, tracking RFIs, and participating in system integration testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Commissioning Manager in daily onsite commissioning operations.
• Monitor test plans, procedures, and reports in Aconex; ensure documentation and evidence meet quality and audit requirements.
• Track RFIs submitted by systems to the Engineer.
• Prepare monthly reports on commissioning activities.
• Support Test Managers and Testers in aligning procedures with contractual and regulatory standards.
• Participate in onsite system integration testing.
• Coordinate closely with the CRO department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Commissioning Manager.
