Job summary

HITACHI RAIL STS S.P.A. in the Philippines is seeking an On-site Commissioning Support role to assist the Senior Commissioning Manager with daily operations and system integration tasks.

You will monitor test plans in Aconex, ensure compliant documentation, track RFIs, and prepare monthly commissioning reports while coordinating with the CRO department and other Test teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Commissioning Manager in daily onsite commissioning operations.
• Monitor test plans, procedures, and reports in Aconex; ensure documentation and evidence meet quality and audit requirements.
• Track RFIs submitted by systems to the Engineer.
• Prepare monthly reports on commissioning activities.
• Support Test Managers and Testers in aligning procedures with contractual and regulatory standards.
• Participate in onsite system integration testing.
• Coordinate closely with the CRO department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Commissioning Manager.
