Job summary

JATHNIER CORPORATION in Davao City is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage daily commissary operations and production activities, planning schedules based on branch demand and sales requirements, and ensuring outputs meet quality and safety standards.

You will monitor materials and costs, supervise staff, coordinate across departments, oversee equipment maintenance, and prepare reports to support continuous improvement and timely product distribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily commissary operations and production activities.
• Plan production schedules based on branch demand and sales requirements.
• Ensure products meet established quality, safety, and company standards.
• Monitor raw materials, inventory, wastage, and production costs.
• Supervise and evaluate commissary personnel and ensure proper staffing.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, QA, Logistics, and Operations departments.
• Monitor equipment, facilities, and maintenance requirements.
• Prepare and submit production, inventory, and operational reports.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure timely preparation and distribution of products to branches.
