Job Summary

We are looking for a Commercialization & R&D Manager to lead the transition of new food products from concept to full commercial production. This position focuses on ensuring products are scalable, operationally efficient, and consistently executed across commissary and restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization projects for new food products.
• Manage cross-functional implementation with R&D, Operations, QA, Procurement, and Training.
• Develop standardized production documentation.
• Maintain BOMs and product specifications.
• Coordinate production trials and product launches.
• Improve operational efficiency through process optimization.
• Ensure food safety and quality compliance.
• Lead project teams and technical personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, Culinary Management, or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years managing teams.
• Restaurant chain, commissary, or food manufacturing experience required.
