Net Pacific, Inc. in Pasig City is seeking a Commercial Engineer to manage the technical and commercial aspects of civil, electrical, mechanical, and electronics projects.

This role bridges technical teams with commercial stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee budgets, timelines, and procurement, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and Philippine regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• PE license or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial engineering roles across multiple disciplines.
• Strong understanding of civil, electrical, mechanical, and electronics engineering principles.
• Proven experience in project management, including budget and timeline management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and project management tools.
• Knowledge of Philippine building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in the construction or industrial sectors is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial and technical aspects of civil, electrical, mechanical, and electronics projects from conception through completion.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
• Coordinate between technical teams, clients, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain project standards.
• Prepare project reports, cost analyses, and commercial documentation for stakeholders.
• Manage procurement of materials and services, negotiating contracts to optimise costs.
• Support business development by providing technical input for proposals and tender submissions.
