Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or Commercial Management within Construction / MEPF.
• Strong background in BOQ/BOM preparation, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical-commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and structure Commercial Team (QS, Estimating, Bid Management).
• Oversee preparation and validation of BOQs, BOMs, and quantity take-offs.
• Manage variation claims, change orders, and cost disputes.
