Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Relationship Associate (Commercial Banking) to support client service and credit processes. The role involves gathering data, ensuring documents are complete, and assisting in loan-related requirements to assess client needs and credit worthiness.

You will coordinate with units and with the Credit Group to ensure accurate delivery of banking services, maintain account information, and follow up on documents.

Qualifications

• Gathers and collates updated information/data on accounts.
• Ensures authenticity and completeness of submitted documents.
• Assists in pre-screening loan applicants thru conducting phone verifications and assessing client proposals.

• Gathers and collates updated information/data on accounts. Ascertains authenticity and completeness of documents submitted.
• Maintains updated lists and loan ticklers of accounts.
• Assists in pre-screening of loan applicants thru conducting phone verifications for in-depth interview to verify information on the application.
• Prepares basic analysis/evaluation of client’s proposal to provide inputs for decision-making.
• Follows-up submission of legal/documentary requirements on credits and coordinates with Credit Group for appraisal and investigation.
• Coordinates/communicates with accredited companies and loan processes.
