Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma; preferred college degree.
• 1-2 years in collections, customer service, or sales.
• Experience in financial services collections preferred.
• Motorcycle or vehicle required for field mobility.

• Collect payments from customers through proactive contact, negotiation, and relationship management to meet individual collection targets while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Manage individual portfolio quality by minimizing flow rates and NPL migration to protect the health of the assigned portfolio.
• Conduct thorough and accurate credit investigations to verify applicant information, assess creditworthiness, and provide objective recommendations that support sound lending decisions.
• Deliver timely investigation turnaround to support efficient loan processing without compromising quality.
