Job summary
EXL Service is hiring for an on-site Banking & Finance Collections role at our Northgate, Alabang site. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of BPO experience in BF collections and must have complete government numbers for onboarding.
We offer a ₱25,000 sign-on bonus and a ₱2,000 show-up bonus after the recruitment assessment, plus competitive pay, HMO coverage, and opportunities for learning and development.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of BPO experience in a Banking & Finance Collections account.
- With complete Government Statutory Numbers (SSS, pag-ibig, Philhealth & TIN) for faster onboarding.
- Available to work on-site in Northgate, Alabang.
