Job summary

J-K Network Services, a leading IT company in the Philippines, is seeking a Collection Specialist to join the team in Eastwood, Quezon City. This on-site role involves handling billing issues and resolving discrepancies while supporting clients in a night-shift schedule.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of B2B/B2C collection experience, with flexibility for non-traditional education backgrounds. Government-mandated benefits and an on-site work setup are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Open for bachelors and non-bachelor’s degree.
• With at least 1–3 years of experience in B2B or B2C collection.
• With experience working in BPO companies or shared services.
• Willing to work on-site in Eastwood Quezon City.
• Amenable to work night shift.
• Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.
