A leading IT consulting firm is looking for a Collections Senior Associate to join their hybrid team in Taguig. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or finance and 1-2 years of experience in B2B collections. You will be responsible for reviewing accounts receivable reports, investigating billing disputes, and maintaining accurate records. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Php 30,000 to Php 35,000 and involves working onsite. Immediate start is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize collection efforts
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes by coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Billing, Customer Service)
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in ERP/CRM systems
• Monitor high-risk and escalated accounts and recommend further action when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable collection laws/regulations
