Capgemini in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Finance Administration professional at entry to junior level to support collections activities. You will work with the Collections Process Experts to chase outstanding invoices and help maintain service levels, while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are team players who can take initiative with supervision, and who can assist with progress reporting and documentation for finance activities.

Qualifications

• Entry and mid Junior level in a Finance Administration role.
• Strong team player with the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders.
• Able to act on own initiative with regular supervision.
• Understands when to seek guidance or escalate.
• Supports experienced Finance specialists delivering progress reporting and documentation for Finance activity.

Responsabilités

• Chasing outstanding invoices from customers of our clients.
• Participates in or leads collection activities to achieve service levels and performance targets.
• Contributes to delivering customer-focused and compliant services through defined processes and technologies.
