Job summary

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. seeks a Facilities Engineer - Mechanical (Cold Storage/Warehousing) to oversee the operation and preventive maintenance of a designated cold storage facility. The role focuses on equipment reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead maintenance planning, coordinate with operations, and ensure building codes and environmental standards are met, including becoming the facility's Pollution Control Officer as required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Mechanical Engineering license.
• At least 2 years of work experience in property management.
• Familiarity with cold chain/warehouse logistics is a plus.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays, on-call.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and preventive maintenance of assigned Artico Cold Chain storage facility.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, safety, and security functions.
• Ensure compliance with DENR and other government-related requirements as Pollution Control Officer.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment per standards and regulations.
• Monitor internal and external facilities and operations audits and prepare plans/scope of work.
