Qualifications

- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily store operations.
- Lead and support Baristas and store team members.
- Ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
- Monitor compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and food safety.
- Help manage inventory and store supplies.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving store targets.
- Coach and guide team members during operations.
- Assist in resolving customer and operational concerns.
