Job summary
Daily Joe Coffee Shop – Naic, Cavite is seeking passionate individuals to join as Baristas. You will prepare coffee and beverages to Daily Joe standards, provide friendly service, and ensure clean, welcoming store surroundings.
Fresh graduates are welcome; no formal experience required as training is provided. You will work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, collaborate with a small team, and enjoy take-home tips and opportunities for growth within the brand.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or college level/graduate.
- Barista or food service experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to undergo company training.
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented.
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, beverages, and other products according to Daily Joe standards.
- Provide excellent and welcoming customer service.
- Accurately take and fulfill customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of the store.
- Assist in inventory and daily store operations.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Work effectively with fellow team members.
