Fredley Group of Companies, through Kenangan Coffee, is seeking a Coffee Barista to deliver high-quality beverages and warm hospitality. You will be the face of the Kenangan Coffee brand, taking orders, crafting drinks, and ensuring a welcoming experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista or in food & beverage service is preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items to company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth customer experience.
• Represent the Kenangan Coffee brand positively in customer interactions.

Job Summary

As a Coffee Barista at Kenangan Coffee, you will be the face of our brand, delivering excellent customer service and crafting high-quality coffee and beverages. You'll work in a dynamic team environment, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a perfect cup in hand.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items to company standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a barista or in food & beverage service is preferred (but not required; training will be provided).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and above.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EITHER At least 6 months experience as a coffee barista OR Barista NC II Passer
• With or without experience in coffee calibration.
• With previous experience in food and beverage for atleast 6 months.
• Passion for coffee, with a desire to learn about different types of beverages.
• Attention to detail for beverage preparation and presentation.
• Basic math skills for handling cash.
• Willingness to follow company recipes and standards.
