Job summary

Evoke is seeking an FP&A Centre of Excellence Lead to oversee the FP&A COE pillar and partner with the Group FP&A team in London. You will lead a team of senior FP&A professionals to deliver high-quality planning, reporting, and analytics, while driving continuous improvement and governance across the Manila site.

You will work to standardise processes, enhance tools like Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, and Power BI, and translate financial results into clear business insights for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in Shared Services or BPO is advantageous.
• Deep FP&A expertise across budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Proficiency with Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI.

Your role in the Team

As the FP&A Centre of Excellence (COE) Lead in our Global Finance Service Centre (GFSC), you will play a vital role in overseeing and leading the FP&A COE pillar. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with the Group FP&A team in London, to whom you will have a strong dotted-line reporting relationship.

Job Description

You will lead and motivate a team of senior FP&A professionals to deliver services in line with robust Service Level Agreements (SLAs), drive a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality planning, reporting, and analytical support for the Group FP&A function.

You will also be responsible for providing FP&A support for the Manila site

What you will be doing:

• Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Support the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
  • Consolidate and validate inputs from business units and functions.
  • Ensure financial projections are accurate, timely, and aligned with strategic business drivers
• Financial Analysis and Performance Reporting
  • Deliver monthly management reporting packs, including variance analysis and performance commentary.
  • Conduct scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and business case support
  • Perform variance analysis and support performance tracking activities.
  • Identify trends and provide insights to guide decisions and resource allocation.
• Business Partnering
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, commercial, and operations functions.
  • Translate financial results and data into clear business narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Act as a value-added partner to Core FP&A and regional leaders
• Process Improvement and Systems Enablement
  • Drive standardisation and automation of FP&A processes
  • Improve the effectiveness of planning and reporting tools (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, Power BI)
  • Ensure accuracy, version control, and governance in all financial models and outputs.
• Strategic and Commercial Finance Support
• Data Governance and Reporting Integrity

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred but not required
• Experience within a Shared Services or BPO environment is advantageous
• Deep expertise in FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage senior leaders and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to independently manage priorities and deadlines
• Proven ability to drive team performance through SLA, KPI, and performance management frameworks
