Job summary

MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Barman for its Alabang, Muntinlupa City venue in Metro Manila. This full-time position offers the chance to excel in a dynamic bar and beverage environment, delivering exceptional cocktails and guest experiences.

You will manage a fast-paced bar, maintain high standards of service, and uphold health and safety regulations while engaging guests and ensuring accurate orders and transactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barman in hospitality, preferably high-volume or upmarket.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, spirits, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks with precision.
• Maintain an organised bar area, stocking bottles, glassware and equipment.
• Develop knowledge of spirits, wines and cocktails to advise guests.
• Engage with guests professionally and take accurate orders.
• Operate POS and handle cash with accuracy.
• Comply with health, safety and alcohol licensing regulations.
• Monitor guest consumption and refuse service when needed.
• Collaborate with bar staff and management for smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory records and report stock levels.
• Stay updated on trends in mixology and bar management.
