Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives. Required JD: Securities (Trading) L2/L3 Engineer (Dev and Production Support) Domain knowledge on Trading lifecycle, SWIFT Technical skills: Java, Cobol, CICs, C++, DB2 MF, MS SQL, Eclipse, IntelliJ, Tomcat Apache, Gitlab Protocols: Rest API, SFTP/FTP, MQ, LDAP Summary: As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This role includes overseeing the design and implementation phases, ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality and efficiency. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is a key part of the daily routine, fostering an environment where innovative solutions are developed to meet evolving business needs.

• Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions to guide project direction.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
