DXC Technology is seeking fresh graduates in the Philippines to join our Production Support team. You will help ensure the stability and performance of business-critical COBOL/DB2 applications running on mainframes, gaining hands-on experience in COBOL, DB2, JCL, and enterprise support operations.

You will work alongside experienced professionals, document incidents, and participate in root-cause analysis while developing troubleshooting and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a relevant BS degree is expected.
• Basic understanding of SQL, databases, and programming concepts.
• Willingness to learn COBOL, DB2, JCL, and mainframe technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, maintain, and support COBOL and DB2-based production applications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and system issues.
• Analyze batch job failures, application errors, and production alerts.
• Execute production support activities following established procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Assist in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures accurately.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Production Support team. In this role, you will help ensure the stability and performance of business-critical applications running on mainframe technologies. You will gain hands‑on experience in COBOL, DB2, JCL, and enterprise support operations while working alongside experienced technical professionals.
