Job summary

Surbana Jurong in the Philippines is seeking a senior Civil/Geotechnical Engineer to lead a team of design engineers, BIM modellers and CAD specialists, delivering high-quality coastal and marine infrastructure projects.

You will oversee design management, QA/QC, and liaise with clients, contractors and authorities, ensuring compliance with international and local standards while coordinating with construction and project control teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
• At least 10 years of civil engineering experience on large-scale infra/reclamation projects.
• Proficient in English with strong communication and teamwork.
• Experience in contract administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design engineers, BIM modellers, and CAD specialists for timely delivery.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with BMS, QA procedures and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with design, QA/QC, construction management and project control teams.
• Prepare and review design submissions and liaise with clients, contractors and authorities.
• Review design specifications for tender documents and coastal structures.
