Job summary

Recruitify_HR in Calamba, Laguna is seeking a skilled Fitter Machinist to operate CNC milling machines, read 2D/3D drawings, and ensure quality across production. You will adjust machines, perform maintenance, and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of CNC experience, knowledge of safety and 5S on the shop floor, and a related Electro-Mechanics course. Interviews will be arranged at Carmelray Industrial Park.

Qualifications

Graduate of Fitter Machinist and related Electro-Mechanics course.
1–2 years of CNC machine operating experience.
Ability to read 2D/3D drawings and follow specifications.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC milling machines and adjust as required to meet specs.
Ensure quality in all production processes and coordinate with engineers and supervisor to resolve issues.
Inspect parts of measuring instruments and maintain safety procedures.
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot processes.
Follow Work Instructions and practice 5S, PPE, and safety rules.
