Job summary

Mexatol Corp. is seeking a skilled CNC Milling Operator to join our Cavite-based machining team. You will set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety in production.

You will read blueprints and GD&T symbols, perform tool changes and offsets, and inspect parts with precision measuring tools. A 1–2 year relevant experience and a technical degree are preferred; flexibility for shifts and overtime

Qualifications

• Requires vocational/technical degree in Mechanical, Machining, or Mechatronics or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of CNC milling machine experience.
• Able to read technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols.
• Familiarity with G-code programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC milling machines, load tools, workpieces, and programs.
• Operate and monitor CNC milling machines during production runs.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as required.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Position: CNC Milling Operator

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Milling Operator to join our machining team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC milling machines to produce precision parts per specifications. You will play a key role in ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety in our production operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up CNC milling machines, including loading tools, workpieces, and programs
• Operate and monitor CNC milling machines during production runs
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Perform machine setups, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as required
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments(e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure they meet specifications
• Identify and report machine issues, defects, or deviations from specifications
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines and keep work area clean and organized(5S)
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Document production output, inspections, and any issues per procedures
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality control teams to ensure production targets are met

Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical degree in Mechanical, Machining, or Mechatronics, or equivalent
• at least 1–2 years of experience operating CNC milling machines
• Knowledgeable in operating and setting up CNC milling machines
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols
• Familiarity with CNC programming (e.g., G-code) is a plus
• Knowledge of measuring instruments(calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
• Ability to work shifts, overtime, or as needed
