The role requires 1-2 years of CNC programming experience and flexibility with shifting schedules. Experience in the precision tooling sector is a plus, with a focus on maintaining clean, organized work

Qualifications

1-2 years of CNC programming experience.
Experience in the precision tooling industry is an advantage.
Amenable to a shifting schedule.
Ability to interpret and understand drawings.

Responsibilities

Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs based on drawings and job requirements.
Set up CNC machines, including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and coordinates.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise machining.
Conduct trial runs and adjust programs or machine settings to achieve tolerances and quality standards.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams for process improvements and job requirements.
Ensure cleanliness, proper housekeeping, and organization of tools and work area.
